Ecoside and Alejandro Vedia did a great job at a great value replacing areas of exterior siding to prepare our house for painting. The quality of the work was excellent and the cost was significantly less than other bids. I definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again.
He replaced the cedar shingles on the side of our house and then painted them. We couldn’t be happier with this company! The work was excellent and done in a timely manner. I recommend them very highly! They also gave me the best bid out of five companies.
I hired Alejandro to re-side my chimney and entryway. He completed the work quickly, securing the materials, and working through inclement weather. His work, work ethic, and communication skills are excellent.
Alejandro met with me and listened to what I wanted. Another siding company suggested going with Hardie shingles. Alejandro pointed out that they did not come in the same height and wouldn't match on the corners. He also did some investigating and found that our sheathing was too thin to bear the weight and large screws needed for the Hardie shingles. We went with pre-primed cedar shingles to match existing shingles and it looks beautiful! He and his team are extremely detail-oriented and they did exactly what he said they would do. They took time to prepare the surface underneath the shingles and put a quality barrier down. We couldn't be happier with the result and I am confident we won't have any issues with this side of the house for a very long time. Hire Eco-side! You won't be disappointed.

Alejandro Vedia, the head of the company, is a pleasure to work with. He gave us a fair quote (the lowest quote among four bidders) for the work to be done on our 110-year-old house and a time frame and he stuck to it. The work he did was meticulous and precise, and the new siding (with a double-coat paint job) looks amazing. We couldn't recommend him more highly!
Alejandro and his crew did an outstanding job residing part of our house. They ripped the siding boards so they would match the original cedar sidings exposure. They showed up on time every day and cleaned the work area each day before going home. The job was done on schedule and for the quoted amount. Alejandro and team were great to work with and answered all of our questions. The team was friendly, hardworking and very meticulous. Ecoside had already done some work in our neighborhood, so I'd already seen the results and how they work, and they came recommended by our neighbors. They did a great job on a large project during difficult weather and the Covid situation. Communication was great and the results are wonderful.
We were very happy that we chose Eco-side to repair and paint the exterior of our house. The company owner, Alejandro Vedia was very professional and great to work with. After we initially contacted him, he was very prompt returning our call and then coming to meet with us. The siding, trim, and outside corners on our house were damaged and Alejandro suggested a specific repair plan that we liked. He then provided an estimate to do the job which listed each task and its cost. Alejandro worked with us to schedule the job and kept to that schedule. The work by Alejandro and his small crew on our house was excellent! The project turned out just as we expected based on our initial meeting with Alejandro and his pre-project proposal.
I hired Alejandro for a relatively small project: fix damaged siding above my garage roof. He was very straightforward and honest, although I initially wanted to replace more siding, he gave useful advice and kept the work to what was essential; replacing siding in just that area and fixing a few other spots around my house. Ecoside did a great job, they not only replaced the siding (as we agreed) but also the house wrap in that area since it was damaged and patched the dryer vent. They made sure the work looks great, driving to get a separate siding so that it matched my exterior best. Although my project was small, they paid attention to detail, did a great job at what was essential, and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommended!

This was our second experience with Ecoside. This time they replaced the entire east side of the house with HardiePlank. The siding was at and above the deck level, which was itself about ten feet off the ground with no direct entrance from the ground. Nevertheless they got the job done in the time specified. Our architect neighbor friend was again impressed with the Ecoside crew and the work.
I hired Ecoside to replace my upper shingles of my house and they did a great job. I asked for a custom stain to match the lower portions of my house and they custom painted two coats on the shingles which created a nearly identical appearance. Things look great! Allejandro was great to work with. His team works very hard. And, I appreciated they were conscientious of my in progress garden and the overall quality! I recommend them to you!
